Loch Ossian weir, Corrour, 2023.
Project scope to replace an existing weir at the head of Loch Ossian which will provide storage for the existing 3MW Ghuilbinn hydro-electric power plant which is located downstream.
Temporary works comprised a 200m road diversion to maintain estate access and a diversion of the River Ossian to create a dry working area for the construction of the new weir.

The new weir can raise the level of Loch Ossian by 600mm and store over 1 million cubic meters of water to provide additional power generation from Corrour's hydro-electric plant.
New RC bridge abutments for a 13m single span estate road bridge to replace the existing deteriorating bridge.
